About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 and in small groups supporting pupils with EHCPs, ASD, and SEMH needs. You will assist class teachers in managing classroom behaviour, facilitating learning activities, and creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of pupils within mainstream classrooms.
Maintain effective classroom management and follow the school's behaviour policies.
Provide feedback to the permanent class teacher regarding pupil progress and any issues encountered.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all children.

Requirements

Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS with Children’s Barred List (or willingness to complete one)
