School and MAT leadership recruitment
When a senior post opens up, it matters who fills it. A trust might be looking for a chief executive or another executive leader. A school might need a headteacher, a deputy head, a SENCO or a school business manager. We run a focused search for that one role.
We start by listening: who the post reports to, what you need the person to achieve, and whether the search should stay confidential. Candidates can talk to us in confidence too, and we never put a name in front of a board without that person's agreement.

Higher and further education executive search

How our search process works

Search. We look for people who fit the role and have proper conversations with them. Nobody is introduced to you without their agreement.
Shortlist. We introduce the people we think suit the role best, so your board can decide who to interview.
Offer. When you have found the right person, we support both sides through to an offer.

Which leadership roles do you search for?

Do you also recruit class teachers and middle leaders?

Yes. Alongside schools and trusts, we search for senior leaders in universities and further education colleges.
How does a school or trust start a search?

Will my name be shared with a board without my agreement?
Never. We only share your name with a board once you have agreed.
