Our Story
GAC Education was founded with a simple belief: that the quality of education a child receives depends on the quality of educators in the classroom. We set out to build a recruitment agency that understands how schools are staffed day to day.
Today, we supply teachers, SEN specialists, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and permanent staff to schools, nurseries and alternative provisions across the North West and Yorkshire.

With a career spanning a decade across both UK and international markets, Matt is a seasoned education recruitment specialist with an expansive global perspective. Having successfully partnered with SEND, Primary, Secondary, and Early Years settings, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the diverse staffing needs within the education sector. Matt is a results-driven recruitment leader dedicated to sourcing outstanding educators who do more than fill a classroom.

Jessica leads our work with international schools in Turkey and the UAE. She has a degree in Law, which shows in the care she takes over the detail: contracts, permits and the paperwork that comes with a move abroad. She is fluent in Turkish, so she can talk directly with school directors, boards and teachers in Turkey.
Jessica helps international schools find UK trained teachers and school leaders, and she supports teachers through each step of a move, from the first conversation to a signed offer.
