Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Liverpool (Permanent)

Liverpool nurseries and school early years teams need Level 3 practitioners who understand child development, safeguarding and warm, playful learning. As an Employment Agency we introduce candidates for permanent posts rather than day cover alone.
About the Role
In a permanent Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role you will be a key person for a group of children, plan next steps from observation, and work closely with parents. Settings range from private nurseries to school nursery classes around Garston, Dingle and Fazakerley. GAC Education supports your application and interview process with the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as key person and build trusting relationships with children and families
- Plan and deliver age appropriate activities linked to the EYFS
- Observe, assess and record development to inform next steps
- Uphold high standards of care, hygiene and safeguarding
- Work as part of the room team to keep ratios and routines smooth
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) essential
- Recent nursery or EYFS experience in the UK
- Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List check
- Passionate about early childhood and able to work permanent hours in Liverpool
- Right to work in the UK
What We Offer
- Permanent salary typically £24,000 to £30,000 depending on the employer
