About the Role
Working across Nursery and Reception, you will plan and deliver a stimulating EYFS curriculum, observe and assess children's development, and partner closely with parents to support each child's next steps. You will be part of a tight-knit EYFS team led by an experienced Early Years Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS provision both indoors and outdoors.
- Carry out observations and assessments aligned to the EYFS framework.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) is essential.
- Previous experience working in EYFS in a school or nursery setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Development Matters.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
