About the Role
Covering science is different from covering English. Practical work usually gets swapped for written tasks, and pupils who were expecting experiments need a steady hand to stay focused. You will deliver the set work, follow lab and workshop safety rules at all times and manage behaviour using the school's systems. If you notice equipment or safety concerns, you report them to the technicians. A science, engineering or technical background helps, but it is not essential if you are careful and confident. Work is mostly day to day across Halifax, Elland and Brighouse. You choose the days you are free, and we fit bookings around them.

Requirements
- Cover, TA or technician experience in secondary
- A science, engineering or technical background is helpful
- A calm, safety conscious approach
- Confidence with teenagers in practical spaces
- All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List check, references and right to work checks.
